On 1 Sept (Saturday) , we have our Synergy showcase program that focus on Liquid Chlorophyll. Ms Debbie ( Nutritionist) gave us her powerpoint sharing on the benifits of Liquid Chlorophyll , Ms Roslyn and Aunty Helen also share their testimony on LC. The afternoon program was facilitated by our Synergy Marketing Executive Ms Clio. The making of Liquid Chlorophyll Moon Cake by our fellow Distributor Ms Yin Leng. Liquid Chlorophyll Mooncakes

Ingredients for making 38 pieces of Liquid Chlorophyll Mooncakes:
224g of Gao Fen (cooked glutinous rice flour/snow skin flour) 280g of Icing sugar
7 oz of water
3 oz of liquid chlorophyll
102g of Crisco (Vegetable shortening)
Mix together to form a dough.
1 mini mooncake requires 23g of dough and 23g of ready made lotus paste filling
